HOW CAN I ORDER CUSTOM STICKERS?
Order Custom stickers is easy. First Upload your Photo, Choose the style, additional text, sticker size, and our professional artists will create an awesome recreation.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY DRAWING ?
Every order is sent for approval. We will provide UNLIMITED REVISIONS of your drawing to make sure you are happy with the result. If you are still not happy, we will refund your order, and no products will ship.
HOW DO I GET MY FILES ?
If you choose to purchase the source files, we will email them after you approve your drawing. If you want the source files at a later date, just email our team, and we will send an invoice for them for you to pay and then send them to you via email.
WHATS THE SIZE OF THE STICKER I’M GETTING ?
We have 5 sticker sizes you can choose from, 2x2 inch, 3x3 inch, 4x4 inch, 5x5 inch and 6x6 inch.
IN WHAT FORMAT WILL I GET THE DESIGN IN?
Most customers order packs of stickers, but you can order digital file only (vector format), or even order t-shirt, phone case, and other products with your drawing on them.
I LOVE MY STICKER...BUT HOW DO I REORDER MORE?
Its super easy to reorder, and save money by avoiding the drawing fees. just email our support team, and let us know how many stickers you want, and we will create invoice for you to pay. Once paid we will ship.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 10-15 days.
WHAT CAN I HAVE AS BACKGROUND?
Our team of artists will recreate the background from your photo, unless you leave specific notes saying otherwise. Photos into stickers can have custom backgrounds or not, its up to you. Check out our sticker blog for more information and inspiration.
